TASK 1 The task covers AC’s 1.3 contained within Learning Outcome 1

produce a concisely written piece of work that follows a similar style of writing to that seen in a CIPD Factsheet

using sub heading and sources to support and develop arguments as well as bringing models, theories concepts in to evaluate them.

Expected

a discussion around the different types of organisation, looking at definitions for Multinational corporations, global not for profit.

Additionally, looking at international outsourcing.

Furthermore, identify what the role of the people professionals are in ensuring that the organisation is supported by the right policies and practices for example

– D&I policy or process. Support for international transfers.

Look at drawing in examples of organisation that have the right process in place to support successful international environments

Expected that some of the Indicative content for AC1.3 to be included within Task 1

TASK 2 Section 1 AC2.4 contained within Learning Outcome 2

focus on the difference between managing locally and internationally.

This should be looked at in here international categories: The parent country, the host country and the third country.

Case organisations could be used here to show the differences and help underpin your writing.

Expected that some of the Indicative content for AC2.4 to be included within Section 1
